Later, the founder scholars collectively felt the need to carry out pro-active undertakings in an organised way. Nepalese peace and development scholars steered the organisation towards working in the areas of peace, development and democratisation in Nepal with moral support from senior and younger political leaders of major political parties, subject matter experts, international organisations and the leading personalities of the civil society movement of Nepal.
